| Marshall Koval Position: PRESIDENT & CEO Mr. Koval is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a B.Sc Geology, and is a registered P. Geo, of Washington and North Carolina. He has over 27 years of experience in executive and corporate development, finance, engineering, geology and environmental expertise. Formerly, President & CEO of Northern Peru Copper and former President of Pincock Allen & Holt and Northwest Mining Association. Mr. Koval has also served in various positions for mining and consulting companies including Golder Associates, BHP/Utah International, Inco, Meridian Minerals, and Inspiration Consolidated Copper. Environmental work includes, advising mining companies and banks on environmental management, permitting and compliance, remediation and closure. He has worked extensively in North and South America, Europe and Australia. Mr. Koval is also a board member of Lumina Asset Management Inc. | |
| Martin Rip Position: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Mr. Rip is a Chartered Accountant with fourteen years experience in industry and public practice providing business advice to a variety of clients. He has previously been CFO of resource companies at both the exploration and operating stage. In public practice, Mr. Rip worked at Grant Thornton LLP where he served as a Senior Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice, focusing on the needs of public company clients. Mr. Rip was formerly with Deloitte and Touche in the UK and holds a law degree from the University of Birmingham. Throughout his career, Mr. Rip has primarily focused on providing financial reporting and internal control expertise to public companies. | |
| Lyle Braaten Position: DIRECTOR Mr. Braaten received a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary in 1986. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Braaten practiced law in Vancouver for 17 years. Most recently, he was a partner and the Managing Director of a boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver. He has extensive experience in the negotiation of commercial agreements and in the implementation of large infrastructure projects. Mr. Braaten is a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and the Yukon. | |
| Robert Pirooz Position: DIRECTOR & SECRETARY Mr. Pirooz studied commerce at Dalhousie University and received a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1989. Mr. Pirooz practiced law in Vancouver and Victoria, primarily in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law. Mr. Pirooz served as General Counsel, Vice-President and Secretary of Pan American Silver Corp (TSX; NASDAQ) from April 1998 to October 2000 and from October 2000 to December 2002 was General Counsel and Vice President of the BCR Group of Companies. Mr. Pirooz is currently a lawyer and business consultant providing services to a variety of clients and serving a variety of posts within his clients' companies, including serving as General Counsel of Pan American Silver Corp (PAS) since Jan 2003. Mr. Pirooz is also on the Board of Directors for PAS, Lumina Copper Corp and Lumina Asset Management Inc. | |
| Aziz Shariff Position: DIRECTOR Mr. Shariff has had an extensive career as an independent investor and institutional fundraiser, working closely with financial institutions in the Middle East and Europe. Previously, Mr. Shariff was a director and shareholder of Capital Resource Advisors, one of the three largest investment-consulting firms in the United States, serving more than 400 institutional investors responsible for over $440 billion in assets. Mr. Shariff was also a director of Regalito Copper Corp and Global Coppper Corp. He qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. | |
| Donald Shumka Position: DIRECTOR Mr. Shumka is Managing Director of Walden Management Ltd., a firm providing financial consulting services to a variety of clients. Mr. Shumka received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. From 1966 to 1979 he worked in a variety of positions in the forest industry, from 1979 to 1989 he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. and from 1989 to 2004 he headed the Forest Products Group for two Canadian investment banks. Mr. Shumka has been active in the not for profit sector and is currently the Chair of the British Columbia Arts Council. | |

Mr. Sunderji has significant experience with companies in the mining and energy sectors worldwide and identifying investment opportunities for institutional investors in Europe and North America. Mr. Sunderji has been a Director of Anfield Nickel Corp, since May 13, 2005. | |
| Andy Carstensen Position: VP EXPLORATION Mr. Carstensen holds a BA and MS degree in Geology from the University of Montana and is a Certified Professional Geologist with AIPG. Mr. Carstensen has over 30 years of diverse exploration experience within both major mining and junior exploration sectors. Prior to his current role as Vice President, Exploration, he previously held similar positions with Geologix Explorations and Manhattan Minerals. Mr. Carstensen has also worked with major mining companies including Noranda, Newmont, Cameco, and Western Gold. | |
| Leo Hathaway Position: CHIEF GEOLOGICAL OFFICER From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Hathaway was VP Exploration for Northern Peru Copper from 2005 to 2006 for Regalito Copper and from 2004 to 2005 for Lumina Resources. Prior to 2004 he worked for Inmet Mining in Europe, Central and South America and also Australia. Mr. Hathaway holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Applied Geology from the University of Plymouth, a M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from the University of London and obtained a P.Geo from the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario in 2004. |
